Mocktails and Cocktails – bottoms up!

Whether you or your guests are in the mood for a hot or cold beverage this holiday season, here are a few gut-healthy spins on the classic cocktail, coffee, and hot toddy.

Of course hard liquor is optional, but will compliment any of these beverages if you’re just having one of those days.

Fun, fancy, and healthy – this healthy take on a Moscow Mule is perfect for those holiday parties. This recipe captures that unique citrus-infused flavor and just the right amount of ginger, with the added bonus of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. 1/ whole lime, juiced

1 1/2 c. hot water
1 Earl Grey tea bag
1 oz. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. MCT oil
1/2 tbsp. honey
Cinnamon stick
2 scoops Beef Gelatin

1. Bring water to boil and allow tea bag to steep according to directions on the package.
2. Once tea is ready, mix in lemon juice, MCT oil, honey, and Beef Gelatin
3. Stir until honey and Gelatin is dissolved.
4. Add in cinnamon stick and enjoy.
