This is a suuuuper easy sauce to make. The flavors are so fresh, clean and bright. The herbs have a pleasant flavor and make this beautiful green color and the tahini thickens it up.
I cut back on the amount of salt by adding lemon juice instead which enhances this sauce to a whole new level. By adding a touch of lemon it creates a wonderful balance.
I made roasted purple sweet potatoes to dip in the sauce and … OH …. MY … GOSH!!! Game changer!! Must try.
