Matcha Latte

A smooth and slightly “creamy” iced latte. You wouldn’t even guess that this is dairy-free. Matcha tea is an easy and simple way to add powerful health benefits to your everyday diet.

Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves. One cup of matcha = 10 cups of regularly brewed green tea in terms of nutritional content.

After blending I serve it over ice and take it on the go or drink it while I’m getting ready in the morning.

My recipe does contain other added ingredients (like collagen and adaptogens) for an extra nutrition boost, but add ons are optional.

Recipe Notes

May be served hot or cold. If serving hot I would recommend blending ingredients together and then heating in a pot over medium low heat until desired temperature is reached.
