Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves. One cup of matcha = 10 cups of regularly brewed green tea in terms of nutritional content.
After blending I serve it over ice and take it on the go or drink it while I’m getting ready in the morning.
My recipe does contain other added ingredients (like collagen and adaptogens) for an extra nutrition boost, but add ons are optional.
