Rejuvenating Tropical Smoothie

Think you don’t like coconut? Think again! I personally don’t favor the taste of coconut, but you honestly can’t taste it in this drink.

This smoothie is the perfect go-to recovery drink after a workout or even as a meal replacement if you’re trying to lose weight.

I make this with Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, but you can use whatever plain protein powder you have on hand (I wouldn’t recommend using a flavored protein powder).


It takes less than 5 minutes to make. Give it a try!

For those of you that are counting carbs for better blood sugar control, this smoothie contains approximattely 250 calories, 24 grams carbohydrates and 20 grams protein.
